Sooooo.... the Royal Fantasy Bra comes in a Bra-and-Belt combo . The 18-karat  gold bra features  more than 4,200  gems , for example rubies, yellow sapphires and diamond. The bra was exckusive designed by Mouawad. The pear-shaped diamond in the center is a 52-karat ruby.
